    Photo Submission Consent and Waiver

    By checking the box below and submitting your photo to CJay Trailers, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

    1. Ownership: You confirm that you are the legal owner of the submitted photo and possess all necessary rights to it.

    2. Permission for Subjects: If there are any individuals present in the photo, you confirm that you have obtained their permission to include them in the photo. You also confirm that you have informed them that the photo will be submitted to CJay Trailers and that it may be shared publicly.

    3. Consent for Use: You grant CJay Trailers the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, and distribute the submitted photo in any manner they deem fit, including but not limited to usage on CJay Trailer’s social media platforms, website, and for any commercial promotional purposes. This consent is given without any expectation of remuneration.

    4. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold CJay Trailers harmless from any and all losses, damages, claims, or causes of action arising from or related to the submitted photo or the use thereof.
